The Creator, Creation, & Craft

Created to Create

I believe we were made by a Creator — and made to create in return. My work, whether on canvas or in the apothecary, flows from that purpose.

My first love is oil painting. Art has been both refuge and revival for me, especially as I’ve navigated my own neurological condition. That same condition is what led me to explore holistic approaches to wellness. In time, I found powerful, practical tools through the guidance of skilled naturopaths and herbal wisdom rooted in both tradition and evidence.

I’ve watched rosemary oil help my hair return after harsh EEG testing left it in clumps. I’ve seen my whipped tallow — infused with castor oil, the “Palm of Christ” — soothe my young niece’s painful eczema more gently than anything else we’d tried.

These are not recipes I claim to have invented — just remedies I’ve tested, trusted, and now offer to others who may not have the time, energy, or means to make them themselves. They’ve given me freedom — freedom to live more fully, paint more freely, and offer others both beauty and care through my work.

Whether you’re here to explore art that speaks to the soul or find remedies that support the body, I’m honored to share what I’ve made and what has helped me heal.
